"Dear Lolly and Angels,
You guys are the BEST! I cannot tell you what a SURPRISE the beautiful“thinking of you” basket was! The gifts are so special and it felt like a big warm hug to pull out each one. I don’t know if I ever mentioned but HOPE and LIFE are my 2 favorite words in the world and that basket of goodies just screamed both of those sentiments. I also collect angels so the Willow Creek Angel will be a welcome addition.
My recovery is going great. I will celebrate by giving my survivor speech and leading the survivor’s lap at our local Relay for Life. It’s a very big honor. I will be wearing my HOPE necklace and my “Angel On My Shoulder” bracelet.
I just can’t thank you enough.

Thank you for selecting our son, Nate, and our family to be special guests of the ATV Charity ride. The boys really had a great time and it was such a good opportunity for our family to bond and just be away from everything.

"Since I was introduced to Angel On My Shoulder I have been able to give many people a wonderful gift of hope and strength through delivering Angel Wings “thinking of you” baskets. I am blessed to see the emotions of the love and gratitude the baskets and support Angel On My Shoulder brings them. I am realizing how easy it was to look the other way with a shrug of the shoulders and an “aw, that’s terrible, or that’s too bad, really a shame to hear” and walk away with a simple “there’s nothing I can do about it, wish them the best”, and go on with my life. It feels like a little piece of my heart is dying and breaking off each time I hear about another person who is afflicted with cancer and what the family is going through. The greatest gift I have been given by Angel On My Shoulder is the realization that each time I feel this little piece of my own heart dying and breaking off, it expands and grows so much larger with the love I feel in reaching out to those living with cancer and seeing the love and gratitude in their eyes. "Grandma had lung cancer and had watched her daughter suffer and give in to cancer a few years ago. She continued to be full of love. I saw her weakening the last few months and a week ago I could see that she had finally given in herself. Grandma loved the angels I brought to her through Angel Wings. Her angel pin was transferred each day to the sweater she wore that day. You brought her much comfort with your generosity. Thank you for being part of her life."
