“Over the past 15 years I have concentrated my teaching on providing postures, breathing and guided visualizations that are deeply relaxing and restorative,” explained Vicki. “After these sessions, students were incredibly relaxed. So relaxed, in fact, that they wanted me to go home with them so we could repeat the process before they went to bed. Or, they asked if they could call me at 3 am when they couldn’t get back to sleep by themselves.

“As I started working with survivors at our Healing Angels retreats, I received even more requests.

To benefit from the CD, all you need to do is sit or lie down as comfortably as possible. A quiet room, with no distractions or interruptions is ideal. Then allow the words to simply wash over you. The opening track assists in releasing deeply into complete physical comfort. You can either do the suggested gentle breathing and movements, or imagine yourself doing them. Then as you rest in complete stillness and peace, simply allow one of the additional guided visualizations to assist in healing and rejuvenating yourself on an even deeper level. Use the visualizations to refresh and revitalize yourself anytime of the day, to drift off to sleep at night, or to ease yourself back to sleep.
