2012 Angel On My Shoulder Scholarship Program

In 2008, Angel On My Shoulder established the Angel Scholarship program. Five $1000 scholarship were offered. The scholarship winners were introduced at the Golf Banquet in June. Through the generous support of those attending our Golf Auction, we are able to increase the number of scholarships offered in 2009 to four $1500 Scholarships and nineteen $1000 Scholarships for a total of $25,000!

In 2008, Angel On My Shoulder established the Angel Scholarship program. Five $1000 scholarship were offered. Through the generous support of those attending our Golf Auction and your generous contributions, we were able to increase the number of scholarships offered in 2009 to four $1500 Scholarships and nineteen $1000 Scholarships for a total of $25,000!

For 2011, four $1500 Scholarships and nineteen $1000 Scholarships are again being awarded to graduating High School Seniors of Wisconsin who are survivors of cancer or who have an immediate family member (mother, father, or sibling) affected by cancer. Awards are granted based on qualifications and need. All applications are subject to review by a committee selection process. Students must plan to attend a four year college, specialty or technical school. Scholarship recipients will be notified by mail. Following is the list of all awardees. This scholarship payment will be sent directly to the institution of choice, after providing proof of enrollment.

It is with deep eternal and personal “Angel” honor that I proudly dedicate this newsletter in loving memory of my Mom, Lorraine Justman. She was one of our very first Angel volunteers, preparing “thinking of you” gift baskets at the inception of our Uplifting Angels visits. She was unequivocally my biggest fan and cheerleader.
